Despre Erika & Lanny Mann – Two Mann Studios
“Two Mann Studios inseamna Erika si Lanny Mann, doi fotografi care au uimit intreaga lume cu fotografiile lor de nunta. Stilul lor spectaculos, cu o abordare documentara si non-conformista, dar si felul lor de a fi ca oameni, i-a adus pe culmile succesului, fiind doi dintre cei mai premiati (de majoritatea comunitatilor dedicate fotografiei de nunta) fotografi din lume.
Au calatorit in intreaga lume pentru a fotografia cupluri, pentru a impartasi experienta lor si altor fotografi care au vrut sa invete de la ei si au vorbit la nenumarate evenimente si conferinte. In 2019, Erika si Lanny vor poposi pentru a doua oara in Romania, dar pentru prima data la un eveniment dedicat fotografiei de nunta.
Aventurile lor in fotografia de nunta au inceput la o reuniune in munti, chiar la prima lor intalnire. Atunci si-au descoperit pasiunea comuna pentru aventura si s-au descoperit pe ei. Acela a fost locul unde s-a nascut fascinatia lor pentru lumina. Si tot atunci au inceput sa viseze la diverse moduri prin care ar putea surprinde frumusetea acestei lumi prin camerele si obiectivele lor. Fascinatia aceasta i-a dus in cele mai spectaculoase locuri de pe planeta asta, louri in care au invatat impreuna si si-au dezvoltat abilitatile de a documenta/scrie cu lumina.
Telul lor este indraznet si simplu; ei vor sa spuna o poveste de nunta prin imagini puternice care trec dincolo de fotografia de nunta. Ei sunt de parere ca fotografia de nunta nu trebuie sa se bazeze pe cadre de siguranta si plictisitoare. Ei nu vor sa predea cuplurilor doar un set de fotografii, ci un set de imagini care sa impresioneze, care sa dea pe spate, care sa comunice esenta cuplurilor lor, sa arate cine sunt cu adevarat si mai mult de atat. In acelasi timp, vor ca fotografiile lor sa faca orice strain sa se opreasca si sa le priveasca.”
