About Sanne De Block
Hi there! My name is Sanne De Block, and I’m a photographer based in Antwerp, Belgium. Since 2017, I’ve been photographing weddings professionally, but I like to describe myself more broadly as a documentary photographer with a focus on people. For me, photography is a key that opens the door to people’s lives. I find joy in discovering beauty within humanity and in the seemingly mundane moments that unfold in the spaces I’m invited into.
What sets my photography apart is my approach to layering. I strive to create images that tell multiple stories at once, capturing the richness and complexity of the moment. By combining subtle details and broader narratives, I aim to create photographs that invite the viewer to look closer and discover something new each time. For me, every frame is an opportunity to celebrate connection, depth, and the magic of everyday life.
